Conditions of Sale

Our ultimate goal is a happy customer! Unless otherwise specified, your purchase may be exchanged or returned within 30 days from the original purchase date. The item must be accompanied by the original sales receipt (or gift receipt), it must be unused and unworn, in original condition with the original box, certificates, warranty cards, and explanation booklets intact. Certified pre-owned, sale items, special orders, completed layaways, modified and/or custom pieces are not returnable or exchangeable. Refunds on purchases paid by check will be given 14 days after the original purchase date. Debit and credit card sales will only be returned to the original card. Gift certificates/gift cards are not redeemable for cash.
