25 years ago, I walked into this store looking for a watch band. A man at the store came up to help me. I told him I didn’t have much money, but needed a replacement band for my watch. He said, “Don’t worry, Uncle Sol will take care of you.” He spent 30 minutes with me, helping me get an inexpensive watch band.I learned later that the man was Sol Meller, the third generation owner of this phenomenal, family-owned business. This owner of a big, successful business that sells watches costing up to hundreds of thousands of dollars each, spent 30 minutes with a kid to help him buy a simple watch band.Since that day, I have been a fan of this business, and have enjoyed seeing it continue to grow from generation to generation (it is now headed by Sol’s son, Scott). They have continued to grow and seem to be an even more successful business today, but still offer phenomenal service and really care for their customers.A fourth generation, family-owned local business that continues to grow while serving the community is becoming a rarer breed these days, and is truly great to see. I highly recommend Feldmar Watch Company to anyone in Los Angeles looking to buy any type of watch.

However, that is more than made up for with the value of personal service, a wide array of choices, and a trusted local dealer to go to in case of any problems. The Feldman store is amazing. I have never seen a store with so many brand choices and ducha a large Number of watches on display. I went there with my idea of what I wanted to buy, made my choice after a few comparisons and then was invited to look at other brands to be able to confirm or alter my initial decision. After I decided to go for my first choice the watch was verified for precision, thoroughly cleaned and even a new strap installed that fitted best my idea. I cannot think of buying another watch elsewhere. The variety of watches and quality of service and help was unequalled.

I just retrieved my grandmother’s vintage watch from Feldmar. It was my first experience here and my poor watch was on its last legs. It is so old and unique that it took a while for the expert technicians to find the required parts but they didn’t give up. When I went into the Feldmar store for the first time I knew I'd found something special. The variety was as impressive as the range of prices. The sales staff treated me like I was an old friend. Came here today to look at a specific Bell & Ross model I’ve been interested in. Called beforehand to make sure they had it and spoke with Edgar on the phone. He confirmed it was there and I drove on over. Met him in the store and he showed the watch to me. I have been going to Feldman Watches since 1981 when they were less fancy and shiny. I have continued to go to them for new watches and service not because of the brands they carry but because of the ambiance and the personalized attention. Granted they probably recognize the watch first and then the face, it still stands as a testament to their attention to the customer, e.g., I walked in to get a watch band and Hanna recognized me (by my watch), recalled that I brought my youngest son, the last time, and remembered that she sold me a watch to replace the one I just lost. She remembered all these details from a 30 minute interaction nearly 6 months later. How’s that for customer-centric service!

March 2018I was treated like a king even though I was nowhere looking at the most expensive watches! Feldmar Watch Company repaired my TAG HeuerMen's Swiss stainless steel watch. I mailed it to them for repair and had them mail it back to me, because I was afraid if I walked in I buy another watch. They are so friendly and easy to work with. They me posted so I knew approximately when it would be ready and I could not be happier. I highly recommend Feldmar.

I was referred to Feldmar’s by my sister. I’m glad she referred me to this spot. Lorel assisted me in finding the perfect watch that fit my wrist and style. I specifically looked at the Junghans Max Bill Chronoscope and at first I was attracted to the wristband at all. She was immediately went to the back to get some other wristbands to complement the watch to suit my tastes. I would definitely recommend anyone that’s looking for a watch at good prices and excellent service. This will not be my last time here.
