Known by the collecting community as “The Bumblebee,” the Seamaster Aqua Terra > 15,000 Gauss was unveiled in 2013 as the first Seamaster watch to feature Omega’s Co-Axial calibre 8508, a movement resistant to magnetic fields greater than 15,000 gauss. The calibre 8508 features a power reserve of 60 hours and is visible through the case’s sapphire caseback.
Aesthetically, the Aqua Terra > 15,000 is both classic and contemporary. It boasts a 41.5 mm stainless steel case with vertically brushed sides and a mirror-finished bezel. It features yellow accents, and a striped yellow and black second hand, earning it the moniker of “Bumblebee.”
This example of the Aqua Terra > 15,000 gauss is in excellent pre-owned condition, with minimal surface scratches throughout. It is sold as a complete set with its original box and papers.
