Greeted at the door by a very knowledgeable employee who efficiently put a new battery in my Bretling reset time and dates. Arranged cleaning for my son's self winding Breitling and all this took less than 15 minutes. As always the staff and service is exceptional.

After wanting a specific watch that wasn’t in stock at just about every dealer in the us I found Feldmars. I called and they said they also did not have it in stock, only to call back a few hours later saying they can get me one. I was incredibly impressed and happy then they followed up with a really fair asking price. Great to do business with them and will continue to.

What do I think about Feldman Watch Co? Well let’s see.. A knowledgeable staff, a relaxed atmosphere coupled with consummate professionals. I wanted to purchase a Breitling Superocean, and had been shopping around for a few weeks, maybe more than a few.. hehe. I called Feldmar, and spoke with a gentleman named Benjamin. I wanted a few photos of the watch to get a better idea of the color (trying to narrow down an exact color from websites can be quite deceiving) Ben not only sent me a few photos but a video of the watch as well. We made an appointment and eventually settled on a great price for a great watch. At no point did I feel pressured or anything of the sort. They have a quite a variety of high and mid tier watches in their boutique. They listen to you with their ears, not their mouths.. which is refreshing these days. They make sure that you get the watch YOU want and not the watch they want to sell. Highly recommended.. I can’t praise them enough. I feel like I’m the mayor of Win City!

Love the place, it’s always been fun to Look at all the watches, so many to choose from. But sadly I was helped at the door, had to stand outside in the hot weather for 30 minutes while they took care of my watch, and that’s what I came to Feldman’s for, they always get the job done. Experienced and professional always, I do refer my friends knowing they will be satisfied.

I had a thoroughly pleasing experience. As it turned the watch brand, Grand Seiko, and model SBGA229 a dive watch was on order and due to arrive within the next week. I spoke to Jimmy Inglish, the Feldman rep by phone and we struck a satisfying deal quite easily. Jimmy followed through on our arrangements perfectly, I paid via PayPal and the watch was reserved for me available upon delivery. Jimmy called me day before yesterday, the watch had arrived and I picked it up at the curb outside Feldman along w all the usual paperwork. It’s a beautiful watch, exactly what I wanted/expected, couldn’t have been easier or less hassle free. Thank you Jimmy. Thank you Feldman!

I took my Omega Seamaster watch to Feldmar to replace the battery. In these difficult times when persons must use physical distancing, they made it very easy. When you arrive you call the number listed on the door and someone comes to your service right away. I handed my watch to Ben and he contacted me as soon as it was ready for pick it up. Feldmar Watch Company repaired my TAG HeuerMen's Swiss stainless steel watch. I mailed it to them for repair and had them mail it back to me, because I was afraid if I walked in I buy another watch. I was referred to Feldmar’s by my sister. I’m glad she referred me to this spot. Lorel assisted me in finding the perfect watch that fit my wrist and style. I specifically looked at the Junghans Max Bill Chronoscope and at first I was attracted to the wristband at all. She was immediately went to the back to get some other wristbands to complement the watch to suit my tastes. I would definitely recommend anyone that’s looking for a watch at good prices and excellent service. This will not be my last time here.
