When I went into the Feldmar store for the first time I knew I'd found something special. The variety was as impressive as the range of prices. The sales staff treated me like I was an old friend. The easy going honest and knowledgeable staff along with the clean bright showroom are a plus.This is a full service business. After you purchase a watch the relationship continues as you will want to return for servicing your investment in the future. I bought three watches so far. Two automatics and one quartz. All at competitive what I call "the brother in law price" deal. They have a customer for life in me.

I made my first “real watch” purchase with the help of Fred Brown. Since it was a big first watch purchase for me, it took a couple months to narrow down what I wanted. Fred was awesome throughout the whole process, explaining every brand and model that we looked at. And we looked through a lot of different brands. He even gave us gifts and swag for the purchase! Came here today to look at a specific Bell & Ross model I’ve been interested in. Called beforehand to make sure they had it and spoke with Edgar on the phone. He confirmed it was there and I drove on over. Met him in the store and he showed the watch to me. Videos and pictures of this watch online had me super excited for it but sadly, once I saw it in person and put it on my wrist...was not feeling it. However, Edgar was awesome. I have been going to Feldman Watches since 1981 when they were less fancy and shiny. I have continued to go to them for new watches and service not because of the brands they carry but because of the ambiance and the personalized attention. Granted they probably recognize the watch first and then the face, it still stands as a testament to their attention to the customer, e.g., I walked in to get a watch band and Hanna recognized me (by my watch), recalled that I brought my youngest son, the last time, and remembered that she sold me a watch to replace the one I just lost. She remembered all these details from a 30 minute interaction nearly 6 months later. How’s that for customer-centric service!

This was my first time using Feldmar Watch Company and it was a great experience from the beginning . I was looking for the new (2019) updated version of the Seiko (Sumo) Prospex Diver 200m in green, SPB103. I called a couple of my watch contacts re: my Seiko purchase. The response I got was "chuckles" and "good luck with that". I phoned Feldmar Watch Co. and Jamie answered, with a bit of hesitation, I made my request. Jamie was very nice and explained that once Seiko released to the U.S. market the chances were good that I would have my watch. I was happy. Jamie took a small deposit and said he would call upon its arrival. Done deal. The wait time was closing in on three months, worth the wait. Jamie called today and I was wearing it this afternoon! First experience with Feldmar and they took the time to make sure everything was adjusted properly and explained all questions in detail to my Father as this was a gift for him. Feldmar Watch Company repaired my TAG HeuerMen's Swiss stainless steel watch. I mailed it to them for repair and had them mail it back to me, because I was afraid if I walked in I buy another watch. I was referred to Feldmar’s by my sister. I’m glad she referred me to this spot. Lorel assisted me in finding the perfect watch that fit my wrist and style. I specifically looked at the Junghans Max Bill Chronoscope and at first I was attracted to the wristband at all. She was immediately went to the back to get some other wristbands to complement the watch to suit my tastes. I would definitely recommend anyone that’s looking for a watch at good prices and excellent service. This will not be my last time here.
