10th Annual Sol Meller Memorial Blood Drive

Sponsor: Feldmar Watch Company, 9000 W Pico Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90035 (“Sponsor”). The promotion is presented in connection with the 10th Annual Sol Meller Memorial Blood Drive and in partnership with Seiko. It is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Cedars-Sinai Medical Center or Honda.

Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and Seiko, their immediate family members, and household members are not eligible. Blood donors ages 16 and 17 may donate at the drive, but are not eligible for the sweepstakes.

Entry Period: October 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. PT through November 30, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. PT. Entries earned by trying on a Seiko or donating blood are available only at the blood drive on November 30, 2026, 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. PT.

How to Enter: There are three ways to earn entries. Each method may be combined with the others.

• Try on a Seiko (1 entry): Try on a Seiko watch at Feldmar Watch Company’s blood drive on November 30, 2026. Limit one (1) try-on entry per person.
• Purchase a Seiko (5 entries): Purchase a Seiko watch at Feldmar Watch Company between October 1, 2026 and November 30, 2026. Each qualifying Seiko watch purchased earns five (5) entries. Maximum 25 entried per customer. Returned or refunded watches do not qualify, and the related entries will be removed.
• Donate blood (10 entries): Donate blood at the Sol Meller Memorial Blood Drive on November 30, 2026. Donors earn ten (10) entries. Limit one (1) blood donation entry award per person.

How to Enter (No Purchase or Donation Necessary): To enter without making a purchase or donating blood, hand print on a plain piece of paper your full name, street address, city, state, ZIP code, telephone number, and email address, along with the words “Feldmar Blood Drive Sweepstakes.” Mail it in a standard envelope with first-class postage to:

Mailed entries must be received by November 29, 2026. Each mailed request counts as one (1) entry. Limit one (1) mailed entry per person. Mechanically reproduced, bulk, or illegible entries are void. Mailed entries are not returned. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or postage-due mail.

Drawing and Odds: One (1) grand prize winner will receive both prizes. Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about December 4, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Entries earned by purchase, blood donation, or try-on have a proportionally greater number of entries in the drawing, as described above.

Prizes: The prizes are (1) one (1) Seiko 5 Sports HDB010 Honda Motocompo Limited Edition watch, approximate retail value $375 USD, plus one (1) Honda Motocompacto all-electric scooter, approximate retail value $1,000 USD. No cash substitution. Prizes are non-transferable. Winner is solely responsible for all taxes, registration, licensing, insurance, and any other costs not specified here. Sponsor makes no warranty regarding the scooter, and the scooter is subject to the manufacturer’s warranty and safety instructions. Winner must comply with all applicable local laws for use of the scooter.

Winner Notification: The winner will be notified by email and/or telephone within 5 days of the drawing and must respond within 5 days, or an alternate winner may be selected. Winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release. Prizes must be picked up in person at Feldmar Watch Company with official ID.

General Conditions: By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process and may cancel or modify the promotion if it cannot run as planned. Entrants release Sponsor, Seiko, Honda, Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, and their affiliates from liability arising from participation or prize use.
