Make an Appointment

• Bring a form of I.D. (driver license or passport works best)
• All blood donors select a complimentary thank–you gift card
• Find out your individual blood type
• Tasty foods & refreshing beverages provided to enjoy throughout the day
• Blood donation open to all ages 16 & up (no upper age limit)
• 16 year old’s require a signed Parent Consent hospital form (download form here)
• Majority of common daily medications allowed
• COVID vaccination not mandatory, if vaxxed or boosted recently then donating is permitted 72 hours after vaccination
• If one has been ill from COVID (including any of the variants), donation is permitted two weeks (14 days) after illness (provided you are feeling well & have no symptoms)
• Ink–work tattoos & body/ear piercings accepted (if done at a California licensed shop)
