Moved to LA from NYC in 1978. I have never gone to any other watch store but Feldmar. If they can’t get the watch you want or for some reason can’t repair the watch you have then don’t bother going anywhere else. Feldmar does it all. We miss Sol.

I have been going to Feldman Watches since 1981 when they were less fancy and shiny. I have continued to go to them for new watches and service not because of the brands they carry but because of the ambiance and the personalized attention. Granted they probably recognize the watch first and then the face, it still stands as a testament to their attention to the customer, e.g., I walked in to get a watch band and Hanna recognized me (by my watch), recalled that I brought my youngest son, the last time, and remembered that she sold me a watch to replace the one I just lost. She remembered all these details from a 30 minute interaction nearly 6 months later. How’s that for customer-centric service!

Ben helped choose my son’s high school graduation gift, an Omega Speed Master earlier in the year. His patience and full understanding of the pros and cons of each watch helped us decide. This was my first time using Feldmar Watch Company and it was a great experience from the beginning . I was looking for the new (2019) updated version of the Seiko (Sumo) Prospex Diver 200m in green, SPB103. I called a couple of my watch contacts re: my Seiko purchase. The response I got was "chuckles" and "good luck with that". I phoned Feldmar Watch Co. and Jamie answered, with a bit of hesitation, I made my request. Jamie was very nice and explained that once Seiko released to the U.S. market the chances were good that I would have my watch. I was happy. Jamie took a small deposit and said he would call upon its arrival. Done deal. The wait time was closing in on three months, worth the wait. Jamie called today and I was wearing it this afternoon! A very fine piece. If you're in the market for a watch, please take a look at Feldmar. Jamie could not have been nicer or more helpful. Thanks!

Scott and crew are very knowledgeable and service oriented. We live in Healdsburg but when we need service or to purchase a watch we do it when we are in LA at FeldmarAbout a year later now and we wanted to purchase a watch as a gift for our son's 21st birthday. We shopped various sites online but decided to call Feldmar prior to purchasing. While not as low in price as some of the online sites, it was close enough and we have zero concerns about the watch being legitimate. We also felt the service behind the sale would outweigh the price difference.

Wow!!!!!! Awesome customer service. They are very competitive in pricing. Lorel was the one that help me and my wife purchased a watch, she was very nice and patient while we look around. We ended up getting the Omega and IWC, she gave us a very good price for both watch. The manager Scott was very nice as well. I highly recommed this place if you are planning to buy your next high end watch. They have a huge selection and they are AD of a lot of different high end brand. Highly highly recommended!!!!

This is "THE" Place to go if you want excellent service and knowledgeable and CARING watch technicians. They are "THE" watch specialists in LA! I drive around an hour just to get my watches serviced and cared for here. They have so many brands, it is the apex of where to go for "anything" watch/clock related. They are wonderful very high end to medium end watch suppliers too! They made my 30 plus year old watch run like new! Also, they will go out of their way to order hard to get watches as well. Thank you for caring about your customers and going the extra mile Feldmar! Ask for Lorel, she's awesome! (they all are, really, but she's my fav) Oh, how I wish all the places I went to had this level of care and service. :) Thank you Feldmar!

Feldmar Watch Company repaired my TAG HeuerMen's Swiss stainless steel watch. I mailed it to them for repair and had them mail it back to me, because I was afraid if I walked in I buy another watch. They are so friendly and easy to work with. They me posted so I knew approximately when it would be ready and I could not be happier. I highly recommend Feldmar.

I was referred to Feldmar’s by my sister. I’m glad she referred me to this spot. Lorel assisted me in finding the perfect watch that fit my wrist and style. I specifically looked at the Junghans Max Bill Chronoscope and at first I was attracted to the wristband at all. She was immediately went to the back to get some other wristbands to complement the watch to suit my tastes. I would definitely recommend anyone that’s looking for a watch at good prices and excellent service. This will not be my last time here.
