Hermès Watches
The House of Hermés began life in 1837 by crafting extraordinary, high-quality saddles and harnesses for the Paris equestrian world, and then branched out into travel accessories, scarves, jewelry, and more.
But in 1912 a new era began, when the first Hermés wristwatch was created as a gift for Emile Hermés’ daughter. By 1928, Hermés, in partnership with the Swiss manufacturer Movado, began producing watches for the commercial market. A new luxury watchmaker was born.
