QLOCKTWO makes you pause and look at time in a different way. It takes the calming principle of displaying time in words, and applies it to your wrist at the push of a button.
The typographic display of QLOCKTWO combines the moment with the written word and turns it into a statement: “IT IS HALF PAST SEVEN.” A matrix with a seemingly random arrangement of letters is shown. However, the design contains the words necessary to describe the hours and time in five-minute intervals. This totally new form of wristwatch follows minimalistic design principles—the form is reduced to the bare, elegant essentials.
