Trilobe
Trilobe is a French watchmaking house defined by its unconventional approach to displaying time and its commitment to creating at home, in Paris.
Neither Swiss nor a watchmaker by training, founder Gautier Massonneau set out in 2013 to gift himself his first fine watch. Unable to find one that was both distinctive and within his budget, he decided to create it himself.
What began as a personal project gave rise to Trilobe's first model, Les Matinaux, launched in December 2018. Time was no longer frozen beneath traditional hands: instead, three rotating rings carried the scales of time forward. It was a conceptual reversal, and the beginning of the Trilobe adventure.
Driven by a constant desire to do things differently, Trilobe has remained in a state of perpetual creation ever since. In just seven years, the Maison has introduced five collections, each with its own distinctive identity while remaining true to the brand's singular vision.
In 2025, Trilobe reached a defining milestone: the independent brand became a Parisian Manufacture, a testament to a vision rooted where it was born.
