Freddy is amazing, I went to sell a couple watches to diversify my watch brands, and Freddy was an amazingly knowledgeable about horological watch companies and brands, and I discovered an entire new world in Germany of fine watch making while still embracing Swiss watch making at its finest. I had a first rate shopping experience at Feldmar and with my salesperson, Ben. Ben was very knowledgeable, professional and personable. He spent all of the time that I needed to choose a watch that I am happy with. The pricing was very competitive. It may have been a very few dollars more than some discount internet sites. However, that is more than made up for with the value of personal service, a wide array of choices, and a trusted local dealer to go to in case of any problems. Also, there is no substitute for seeing and feeling a watch on your wrist when trying to make a choice. I’m very happy all around.

The Feldman store is amazing. I have never seen a store with so many brand choices and ducha a large Number of watches on display. I went there with my idea of what I wanted to buy, made my choice after a few comparisons and then was invited to look at other brands to be able to confirm or alter my initial decision. After I decided to go for my first choice the watch was verified for precision, thoroughly cleaned and even a new strap installed that fitted best my idea. I cannot think of buying another watch elsewhere. The variety of watches and quality of service and help was unequalled.

I just retrieved my grandmother’s vintage watch from Feldmar. It was my first experience here and my poor watch was on its last legs. It is so old and unique that it took a while for the expert technicians to find the required parts but they didn’t give up. Furthermore, the team kept me apprised of the status of the repairs and called me as soon as it was done. When I went into the Feldmar store for the first time I knew I'd found something special. The variety was as impressive as the range of prices. The sales staff treated me like I was an old friend. The easy going honest and knowledgeable staff along with the clean bright showroom are a plus.This is a full service business. After you purchase a watch the relationship continues as you will want to return for servicing your investment in the future. I bought three watches so far. Two automatics and one quartz. All at competitive what I call "the brother in law price" deal. They have a customer for life in me.

I made my first “real watch” purchase with the help of Fred Brown. Since it was a big first watch purchase for me, it took a couple months to narrow down what I wanted. Came here today to look at a specific Bell & Ross model I’ve been interested in. Called beforehand to make sure they had it and spoke with Edgar on the phone. He confirmed it was there and I drove on over. Met him in the store and he showed the watch to me. Videos and pictures of this watch online had me super excited for it but sadly, once I saw it in person and put it on my wrist...was not feeling it. However, Edgar was awesome. I have been going to Feldman Watches since 1981 when they were less fancy and shiny. I have continued to go to them for new watches and service not because of the brands they carry but because of the ambiance and the personalized attention. Granted they probably recognize the watch first and then the face, it still stands as a testament to their attention to the customer, e.g., I walked in to get a watch band and Hanna recognized me (by my watch), recalled that I brought my youngest son, the last time, and remembered that she sold me a watch to replace the one I just lost. She remembered all these details from a 30 minute interaction nearly 6 months later. How’s that for customer-centric service!

I ordered a limited edition Ball watch directly from the company that had a defective clasp on arrival from Switzerland. Ben and his team at Feldmar went above and beyond to fix the issue even though I hadn’t purchased the watch there. I always come back to Feldmar Watches for repairs and even battery changes. Only if they tell me that they cannot make a repair will I try to look for some other place. They are considerate, efficient, respectful, highly skilled and no matter the worth of the object you are giving them to repair, they take the utmost care.I have recommended them to friends and family when they were looking to buy a pricier watch, and have only had thanks and praise on how they were treated.Definitely an address to know for watch lovers.

Feldmar Watch Company repaired my TAG HeuerMen's Swiss stainless steel watch. I mailed it to them for repair and had them mail it back to me, because I was afraid if I walked in I buy another watch. They are so friendly and easy to work with. They me posted so I knew approximately when it would be ready and I could not be happier. I highly recommend Feldmar.

I was referred to Feldmar’s by my sister. I’m glad she referred me to this spot. Lorel assisted me in finding the perfect watch that fit my wrist and style. I specifically looked at the Junghans Max Bill Chronoscope and at first I was attracted to the wristband at all. She was immediately went to the back to get some other wristbands to complement the watch to suit my tastes. I would definitely recommend anyone that’s looking for a watch at good prices and excellent service. This will not be my last time here.
