Event Recap: 9th Annual Sol Meller Memorial Blood Drive 2025
Yesterday, Feldmar Watch Company proudly hosted a our 9th annual Sol Meller Memorial Blood Drive in loving memory of “Uncle Sol”. In the decade since his passing, we’ve rallied around the blood drive to celebrate the life of a great man and to support Cedars-Sinai by honoring his legacy through an act of generosity that gives back in the most meaningful way. Our friends at Seiko sponsored the event, helping the day bring together our community for a shared purpose rooted in compassion and remembrance.
Friends, family, clients, and supporters gathered for a day marked by kindness and camaraderie. More than 70 people signed up to donate – an incredible turnout that speaks to the impact Sol had on those around him. Donors and friends alike were welcomed with delicious food including burritos, chicken, and burgers from Ahhuevo and a warm atmosphere that made the experience both comfortable and memorable.
Blood donors and those who contributed to the Hirschberg Foundation for Pancreatic Research were entered to win prizes including brand new watches. Thanks again to the Seiko team, whose partnership and support helped make the day truly meaningful.
