Hot List: April 4, 2025
The fun in Geneva continues! With so many Feldmar brands announcing great pieces at Watches & Wonders this week, we had to make this Hot List an all new release roundup! From a sturdy Pelagos to fun and funky F1s, Scott’s strapped up with great watches and lederhosen alike!
TUDOR PELAGOS ULTRA
In recent years, there’s been a lot of attention focused on the Pelagos FXD, but it’s been a little while since the original Pelly has gotten some love! This year, TUDOR introduces the 43mm Pelagos Ultra — the most robust watch in its catalog. With 1,000 meters of water-resistance, it goes toe-to-toe with the top divers on the market today.
PARMIGIANI FLEURIER TORIC QUANTIEME PERPETUEL
Last year, Parmigiani introduced the Toric to much acclaim. This year, they’ve raised the stakes, adding a minimilist yet stunning perpetual calendar option. Limited to just 50 pieces worldwide, these promise to be serious collector’s items!
ULYSSE NARDIN DIVER [AIR]
Carbon fiber and titanium combine to make this the lightest dive watch ever made! Weighing just 52 grams, it’s impossibly light. When we asked ChatGPT what that compares to, we were informed it’s about the same weight as a large egg or a banana with no peel. So for reference, just imagine one of those things strapped to your wrist (but a lot cooler).
ANGELUS CHRONOGRAPHE TÉLÉMÈTRE STEEL ROSE
We’ll admit it… we’ve got a thing for monopushers. There’s just something so cool about a chronograph with a clean case profile! Angelus’s newest chronos have got us all het up and we can’t wait to see ’em in person!
ZENITH G.F.J.
Zenith’s G.F.J. has been regarded by many as one of the coolest releases at Watches & Wonders this year. With a dial made from lapis lazuli and mother of pearl, plus a guilloche outer edge, it’s a study in elegance.
FREDERIQUE CONSTANT MANUFACTURE PERPETUAL CALENDAR
With this release, Frederique Constant is up to 34 different in-house movements. What’s even more impressive is the quality and availability! Their newest perpetual calendar is likely the most accessible ever made in terms of price.
IWC PILOT’S WATCH CHRONOGRAPH 41 APXGP
Get ready for the release of F1 this summer from Apple Original Films! Telling the story of the fictional APXGP Formula 1 team, IWC has a role to play as an official team sponsor. To get in on the fun, they’ve launched a series of watches in the run-up to F1’s June release including several special Pilot’s Watch Chronos with APXGP branding!
BREMONT ALTITUDE PERPETUAL CALENDAR GMT
Bremont is on its revenge tour at Watches & Wonders this year. With a whole gang of new pilots watches, the brand is going back to its roots, and none is more head-turning than the extremely-limited perpetual calendar GMT! Only 50 pieces worldwide!
TAG HEUER FORMULA 1 SOLARGRAPH
Another vaunted release from Watches & Wonders, TAG has brought back the beloved ’90s icon Formula 1. Available in NINE different configurations, it’s a rainbow of choice, now powered by a solarquartz movement!
RAYMOND WEIL FREELANCER COMPLETE CALENDAR 40MM
A complete calendar with a moonphase and automatic movement? For under $4k? Surely, Raymond Weil is joking. They ain’t! (and stop calling me Shirley.)
BELL & ROSS BR-05 36MM
The BR-05 is a classic in its own time, and those with smaller wrists have yearned for a smaller version. Well, the wait is over! At 36mm, the original instrument watch is smaller than ever and coming soon to our showroom!
MONTBLANC 1858 GEOSPHERE 0 OXYGEN
The Geosphere‘s style is cool. The “0 Oxygen” idea is cool. And the Mount Vinson case is about as cool as it gets! With a case made of titanium as well as composite material with captured CO2, this is one of the most out-there cases we’ve ever seen!
